This Spring/Summer we have one of the top 100 plays of the 20th Century coming to Royal Leamington Spa with John Godber’s most iconic play, Bouncers! As well as this we have comedy performances from Andrew Lawrence, Tom Stade, and Susan Calman.

Following a sell-out run in London Matt Forde will be celebrating the great and good with 24 Hour Political Party People. If this isn’t enough, Lucy Beaumont, winner of the BBC New comedy award will be giving a unique blend of surreal offbeat humour with We Can Twerk It Out.

 

Children and parents alike can enjoy live music, puppetry, physical performance and dastardly dinosaurs with Captain Flinn and the Pirate Dinosaurs. CBeebies fans will be pleased to hear Tree Fu Tom will be live on stage, a spellbinding new show starring the world’s smallest superhero! Musical adventure Showstoppers: The Fantastical Story Factory will have the whole family exploring magical kingdoms, meeting wonderful characters and singing along by the end of the show!

 

The Royal Spa Centre is the home of performance, and this season is packed full of shows including the cult classic Jekyll and Hyde. This modern adaptation is set in an alternative London of the future, written by Jo Clifford and multi award-winning touring company Sell a Door. From earth to trapeze, watch the fantastic aerial dancers Circus Vogue. Vamos Theatre brings you a heart-warming wartime tale, Nursing Lives, this love story will appeal to an audience of all ages.

 

Fans of music can choose from a wide selection of artists this Spring and Summer, The Rat Pack Vegas Spectacular Show will swing into the Royal Spa Centre with The Greatest Music of the 20th Century. American Grammy-nominated singer, Stacey Kent, will bring her new album ‘The Changing Lights’ to Royal Leamington Spa, as part of a very limited number of UK concert dates.

 

Throughout this Spring/Summer we have showbiz satires to romantic classics in our cinema. Tim Burton’s compelling tale of a true-life art scandal is brought to the big screen in Big Eyes. There will be a special Valentine’s Day screening of Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Our Film Club continues to put on the best of drama, with romantic comedy Amelie hitting the screens this February. There will also be screenings of children’s favourite Paddington, the breathtakingly original showbiz satire Birdman and many many more.
